Based on the positive experience of the Pilot Joint Call, KORANET will launch its second Joint Call in February 2012. This time, the KORANET Joint Call targets researchers from seven European countries and Korea active in the field of Green Technologies. In order to foster green growth and emphasize sustainable development, the proposals should mainly deal with one of the following sub-topics:
- Reduction of carbon footprint
- Technologies for a sustainable development
- Renewable energies and energy efficiency
Each project consortium should consist of at least 3 partners, one Korean partner and two European partners from two different European countries participating in the KORANET Joint Call (Austria, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey).
The KORANET Joint Call will mainly fund mobility and networking (travel and accommodation costs, costs for organising small events, small-scale research equipment, small-scale personnel costs) for a maximum duration of 2 years. The level of funding may be up to 25.000 € per partner per year.
The KORANET Joint Call will be open for the submission of proposals from 6 February to 6 April 2012.
The proposal has to be submitted online using the PT-Outline webtool at: www.ptoutline.de/koranet2
